Responsibilities
- Personal care and housekeeping services
- Aid the residents in developing or executing independent living skills
- Provide written and/or electronic communication
- Accompany residents to appointments, via van transport, when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
- A demonstrated customer-service approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities
- The ability to effectively communicate with the resident and provider
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English in order to ensure accurate communication and documentation
