Direct Support Professional- WEEKENDS REQUIRED

About the Role

Home To Stay is hiring compassionate male Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. As a DSP, you’ll help individuals build independence, stay safe, and live full, meaningful lives through daily support, companionship, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care
• Support community outings and activities
• Follow individualized support plans
• Provide respectful, person-centered care

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and good driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to complete background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• Prior caregiving or DSP experience preferred
