Direct Support Professional: Weekends (7am-3pm)

Anchor Home provides exceptional person-centered services designed around the people we serve through Residential Services, Community Development Services, and Personal Support.

Available Shift

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00AM-3:00PM

Responsibilities

• Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.
• Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
• Perform all procedures safely.
• Documents actions and client response to care provided.
• Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.
• Maintain client’s comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED or College Degree
• Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
• Reliable Mobile Communication Device
• Active Certifications/Licenses: CMT License, First Aid/CPR
• Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.
