Direct Support Professional- WARREN & WASHINGTON COUNTIES, NY

Schedule

Full‑time, Part‑time, and Per diem Direct Support Professional positions are available in residential programs throughout Warren & Washington Counties. Shifts can include evenings, weekends, overnights, or any combination of available hours.

Pay

This hourly position offers a base rate of $20.00 per hour plus differentials. Shift differentials apply, and a $0.50 per hour longevity increase is provided after one year of service.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in getting ready for the day and bedtime.
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking.
• Perform cleaning and household tasks.
• Provide medication assistance as needed.
• Participate in social and recreational activities in the community.
• Engage in supportive, fun interactions that make a difference.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• No prior experience necessary.
