Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants
• Support participants in achieving their personal development goals
• Encourage participants to engage with the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with developmental needs is preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (if applicable)

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
