About the role
Supports residential community members in their daily activities and promotes independence and self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Help with medication management
- Facilitate social interactions and community integration
- Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
