How You'll Make a Difference
- Foster Independence: Assist with daily goals like grocery shopping, cooking, and community social outings
- Provide Vital Support: Assist with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including Hoyer lifts and transfers when needed)
- Advocate: Follow and document progress on Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to ensure every client's unique needs are met
- Connect: Transport clients to appointments and local events
What You'll Need to Succeed
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and auto insurance
- A compassionate heart and the physical ability to assist with client transfers (if needed)
- Reliability and a commitment to helping others grow
