Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities
- Auxiliary with meals, medications, hygiene, and household routines
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social engagement
- Transport individuals to appointments, outings, and recreational activities
- Maintain documentation and communicate with team members and families
- Help create a safe, positive, and supportive home environment
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- The ability to complete required trainings (CPR, PMT, Medication Certification, etc.)
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
