Direct Support Professional Part-Time

This entry‑level, hourly position offers paid training and the chance to make a positive difference in the lives of people every day. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will join a helpful, supportive team that values caring and compassionate individuals.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Assist with everyday activities to help them become integrated and engaged in their community.
• Support improvements in health, safety, and overall wellbeing.
• Provide compassionate, person‑centered care and encouragement.

Compensation

Competitive salary starting at $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to complete paid training in CPR, First Aid, and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
• Compassionate and caring attitude.

Schedule

Weekend, evenings, and overnight hours available.
