This part‑time Direct Support Professional – Residential position is based in Rochester, NY, within the Residential Services department, reporting to a Residential Manager. The schedule is 16 hours per week on Friday and Saturday from 11 pm to 7 am. The starting wage is $21.55 per hour, plus a $0.50 overnight shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks such as thorough cleaning.
• Support individuals in developing independence, self-help, and social skills.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals, including medication administration (if certified).
• Implement and document progress on individualized service plans and daily supports.
• Encourage community integration and participation in social and recreational activities.
• Drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed.
• Maintain positive, professional communication with individuals, families, and colleagues.
