DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL NEEDED IMMEDIATELY FOR THE RIVERDALE AREA

About the role

A direct support professional is needed immediately for the Riverdale area. This role involves providing support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with disabilities in activities of daily living
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Monitor and record health and safety parameters
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for making a difference in people’s lives

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• First aid and CPR certification (optional but preferred)
