About the role
The role is responsible for leading a team of direct support professionals in providing high-quality care and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are consistently followed.
- Provide training and supervision to direct support professionals.
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and community partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience leading a team in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and best practices in care delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Skills
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
