About the role

As a Direct Support Professional at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. Flexible schedules that can work with school, family commitments, or other employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation.
• Maintain documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress reports.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of the individuals served.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (diplomas acquired outside the US must be evaluated).
• One (1) year of human service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Pay

Pay rates: Full‑time and part‑time, $17.25 – $19.67 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible schedules; available shifts: full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call. Day shift 7 am–3 pm, evening shift 3 pm–11 pm, weekend shifts (varied).
