Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight (3185)

Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight position at Seven Hills Foundation, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or acquired brain injuries.

Pay

$20.50/hour for awake hours (additional $1.00/hour differential for active MAP certification); $17.50/hour for asleep hours.

Schedule

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day services to program participants, including personal care (bathing, toileting, teeth brushing).
• Assist and/or teach household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping to promote independence.
• Accompany individuals to appointments as needed.
• Administer or support self-medication in accordance with residential guidelines.
• Follow individual routines, including Behavior Support Plans, personal care, and Physical Therapy.
• Support individuals with disabilities to fully participate in their community and lives.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
• Standard driver’s license (Class C or D).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer, or school history).
• Ability to work as a creative, engaged, and dedicated team member.
• Varied interests and personal connections in the local community.
