Requirements
- Performing personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks
- Fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support
- Encouraging self-help activities
- Implementing Individual Service Plan and Behavior Support Plans
- Managing Individual's behaviors by prevention or de-escalation of aggression
- Keeping accurate daily documentation of activities, fire/ disaster drills, Behavior Support Plans, medications, goal and data tracking, as well as other documentation
- Transporting individuals to and from community activities and medical appointments
- Transporting clients or running errands for clients
Pay
Salary Range: USD $10.00 - $12.00 / Hour
