Location: Kasson and West Concord, MN
Part-time, unlimited (permanent) positions available. Multiple shifts including days, rotating (day/evening combination), and overnights. Shift differential offered for hours between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am.
About the role
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be part of a team providing essential services to Minnesota’s most vulnerable residents. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, medical needs, and community engagement in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with work, recreation, and activities of daily living as needed.
- Lift, move, or position non-ambulatory or ambulatory individuals.
- Administer medications and implement care instructions as directed.
- Respond to medical emergencies, including first aid and CPR.
- Transport and accompany individuals to medical appointments, community outings, recreational activities, and spiritual events.
- Respond therapeutically to individuals with challenging behaviors.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay
$21.59 - $28.94 per hour.
Schedule
- Part-time, with shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and rotating schedules.
- Hours vary depending on program needs; may include weekends and holidays.
