Direct Support Professional FT & PT

About the role

Responsibilities

• Aid in the realization of individuals' full potential through assistance with everyday activities.
• Support individuals in improving their health, safety, and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to pass our paid training in CPR, First Aid and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
• Must be compassionate and caring.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must not have any of the listed violations within the last 5 years.

Skills

• Caring and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic understanding of healthcare and developmental disabilities.

Pay

Competitive salary starting at $16.00 per hour.

Schedule

• 12 and 14 hour shifts.
• Weekends.
• Overnight is required.
