Requirements Possess a valid driver’s licenseAvailability to work 7 days consecutively from Wednesday to Wednesday (live in type situation one week on, one week off)Must be comfortable with computers and your cell phone, as software interaction is requiredMust be willing to drive medical transport vansMust pass a background check in accordance with CMS and State of Maryland rules Preferred Accredited Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related work experienceAssociate’s degree with related work experienceFirst aid/CPR and CMT Responsibilities Include Administer medication and monitor the individual’s physical health, as outlined in the Medication Administration Training programResponsible for the personal care of the individuals servedMaintain the individual’s home in a clean, safe, and home-like environment as stated in DDA RegulationsSchedule health visits with health care providers, as outlined in the IP, and as individual needs ariseResponsible for maintaining individual and household budgetsProvide community integration/leisure activities in accordance with the individual’s IPFacilitate the development and monitoring of personal relationships MedSource Community Services, Inc. is a private non-profit Provider of the highest quality health and human services.
