About the role
DSP (Direct Support Professional) position with Braverhood, offering $18‑$20 hourly pay, part‑time schedule for weekdays and/or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one support in the home and community
- Help individuals achieve personal goals
- Encourage communication, socialization, and independence
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Document services and progress
- Follow agency and OPWDD requirements
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Experience with children or young adults (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, accountable, and punctual
- U.S. citizen or valid work authorization
- Complete required paid DSP training after hire
