Pay and Schedule

• $17.25 per hour to start, increasing to $17.50 per hour after successful completion of a 90-day introductory period
• Part-time, 17 to 20 hours per week
• Weekday evenings, Monday through Friday, with shifts starting after 4:00 PM
• In-home support for one individual in Delaware, Ohio

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, such as help with mobility and hygiene
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Support medication and health monitoring under nursing guidance
• Drive the individual to appointments and community outings
• Document daily progress, services provided, and any changes in condition
• Complete weekly reporting on goals and overall health
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds independently and to assist with repositioning using proper technique or adaptive equipment
• Completion of the state-mandated 8-hour annual training and re-certification
