About the role
Join our Residential Team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living skills, meal preparation, activities, appointments, and personal care assistance.
Responsibilities
- Form special relationships and bonds with our individuals
- Assist and encourage individuals in various tasks such as learning to talk and better communicating with others
- Receive appreciation from the families of our individuals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ohio Driver's License with five or fewer points
- Personal vehicle with car insurance
- Able to lift and assist individuals
Qualifications
