About the role

Join our Residential Team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living skills, meal preparation, activities, appointments, and personal care assistance.

Responsibilities

• Form special relationships and bonds with our individuals
• Assist and encourage individuals in various tasks such as learning to talk and better communicating with others
• Receive appreciation from the families of our individuals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ohio Driver's License with five or fewer points
• Personal vehicle with car insurance
• Able to lift and assist individuals

Qualifications

• Competitive Rates - Starting rate $18.00 / hr + shift differential
