Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

About the role

We are looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. You will work directly with individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities, providing hands-on support to help them live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Aid in daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and more.

• Computer skills for documentation.
• Valid Drivers License (for some roles).

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Some positions may require a valid drivers license and personal vehicle.
• A successful background clearance is required.

Skills

• Good communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to document care and collaborate with internal and external team members.

Pay

$19 an hour.
