We are a mission-driven team dedicated to providing person-centered supports to individuals with various disabilities. Our services are available nationwide, and we strive to empower individuals to live independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
- Aid with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and more.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with meal preparation.
- Build relationships with persons served and teammates.
- Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.
- Transport persons served to appointments or other activities outside the home.
- Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.
- Document progress, milestones, and action steps.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED certificate.
- Person-centered, patient, and kind.
- Dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
- Observant and detail-oriented.
- Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team.
- Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
- Computer skills for documentation.
- Valid Drivers License (due to transporting persons served).
- Some positions / locations may require own personal vehicle and auto-liability insurance based on the role.
- 18 years or older.

Pay
- $14.15/hr for new hires.
- $14.55/hr after 90 days for full-time employees.
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time shifts available for AM, PM, and NOC.
