We believe in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their fullest lives, and we're looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care for 1 to 4 individuals at a time.
• Aid with personal and health-related tasks such as basic hygiene, grooming, feeding, mobilization, and medical monitoring.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of confidential information.
• Ensure the personal safety of residents by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Foster positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you support.
• Accompany our individuals to scheduled appointments and community outings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Tennessee Driving License
• US Work Authorization
• At least 19 years of age
• 3 years of driving experience
• No more than 3 moving violations on your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) within the past 3 years
• No prior felony convictions
• Written and Verbal Bilingual Fluency is a plus (but not required)
• CNAs are encouraged to apply – your skills are highly valued here!

Schedule

• Full-Time ONLY
• 12-hour shifts (Day Shift: 8 am - 8 pm)
• Overtime available
• Rotating weekends

Work Location

• In person at one of our 30+ well-maintained homes across Knoxville, TN.

Pay

Competitive Pay: Starting at $15.68 per hour for Day Shift (8 am to 8 pm).
