About the role
This position is responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
