Responsibilities

• Start at $19.00 per hour, with flexibility for evening and weekend hours.
• Help individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, household chores, administer medications, document progress toward goals, and provide transportation while encouraging independence.
• Plan recreational outings or leisure activities.
• Collaborate with the Management Team to ensure personalized support plans are followed.

Requirements

• Passionate about service and a desire to support others to achieve their goals.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass an agency-specific DHS background check.
