About the role

Mains’l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals in their homes and communities. The role requires compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered supports tailored to individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching, and skill-building)
  • Absorb and assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
  • Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
  • Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication
  • Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
  • Accurately document care and daily activities

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid US driver's license, reliable transportation with insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check through DHS

Qualifications

No prior experience is required. Paid on-the-job training is provided.

Pay & Schedule

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Options available
