At Mains’l Services, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help individuals live independently, achieve personal goals, and be active members of their communities. This role isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to support meaningful lives every day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
  • Absorb transportation to various activities and medical appointments
  • Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
  • Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication
  • Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
  • Accurately document care and daily activities

Requirements

  • Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
  • 18 years or older
  • A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check through DHS

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required
  • Training provided

Pay & Schedule

  • $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support
  • Full-Time and Part-Time Options available
  • Consistent, Predictable Scheduling
