**Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Re: Looking for a rewarding career in human services. We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as caregivers. Responsibilities

• Listen attentively and show genuine interest in people's daily lives
• Support people in maintaining meaningful relationships with friends, family, and loved ones
• Aid with personal care and medical needs, including monitoring health and administering medication
• Drive agency vehicles for transportation purposes
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe work environment

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• The physical ability to lift and transfer people who rely on wheelchairs for mobility
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Efficiency in using a computer
• Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus
