Key Responsibilities
- Document all supports provided in daily notes.
- Complete and document objectives as directed in each client's care plan.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and documented in Medication Administration Records (MARs).
- Follow and document any special diet orders as required.
- Monitor and document health metrics including weights, seizures, bowel movements, vital signs, and glucose levels.
- Complete documentation for medical errors, falls, injuries, and other unusual incidents.
- Obtain and document receipts for all purchases made on behalf of clients.
- Document all mileage incurred while transporting clients.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT:
- A valid driver's license.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Proof of education (minimum high school diploma or GED).
- Proof of vehicle insurance.
- Reliable vehicle for client transportation.
- Ability to pass Family Care Safety Registry and criminal background check.
- Basic computer knowledge.
