Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are a company dedicated to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We hire immediately for positions such as Direct Care Worker, Personal Care Assistant, Residential Specialist, Home Health Aid, Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or anyone looking to assist people.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in developing life skills necessary for independence.
• Ensure individuals' preferences and interests are honored.
• Facilitate individualized programs of functional, social, and daily living skills instruction.
• Collaborate with involved agencies, family members, and other service providers.
• Provide support and assistance for medical care and following health care recommendations.
• Conduct fire drills and manage emergency situations during assigned work shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalency for day services.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to administer medication and treatment as permitted under regulations.

Qualifications

Pay

Base rate of pay $17/hr. with the potential to earn up to $21/hr. depending on location and shift.

Schedule

Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible schedules - 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts. 2nd & 3rd shifts include weekend hours.
