Job Description
Aid in the development of life skills for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Promote emotional, physical, and personal well-being. Support individuals in their daily activities and assist in achieving independence. Actively engage in finding opportunities for community experiences that align with each individual's interests.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals using personal or CSG vehicles.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and accompany individuals into the community.
- Ability to work in and travel to various community homes.
- Must possess the necessary skills to interact sensitively with individuals and uphold their civil and human rights.
