Direct Support Professional (DSP)

About the role

We support neurodiverse individuals in New England and Maryland. Our services include education, behavioral health, residential, and community-based supports. We empower individuals to live according to their interests, choices, and strengths.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily activities such as household chores, meal preparation, recreational activities, learning activities, and physical fitness activities.
• Represent the needs, wants, and interests of individuals served or supported by the program, and provide input on program planning and implementation.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Pay

$18.50 to $19.00 hourly

Schedule

Nightly shifts available.
