DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) - ADULT RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
The Role
Provide individualized support with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community outings.
Foster independence by helping individuals develop life skills and make choices.
Promote social inclusion by supporting participation in community activities.
Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating empathy and patience.
Collaborate effectively with a supportive team of DSPs, supervisors, and families.
Shifts Available
- Tuesday-Friday: 2p-9p, Saturday: 9a-9p (40 hours)
- Tuesday: 7a-11a, Wednesday & Thursday: 7a-11a/2p-9p, Sunday: 9a-9p (38 hours)
- Wednesday: 7a-11a, Thursday & Friday: 7a-11a/2p-9p, Saturday: 9a-9p (40 hours)

Qualifications
- A valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation.

$21.00 – $23.10/hour
