About the role

This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene
• Assisting clients with therapies
• Driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements (documentation required prior to becoming an employee)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Additional information

• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Pay

Hourly Rate: $19/hr – $20/hr
