Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 2nd Shift Full Time
About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Adult Residential North program, you’ll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Empower adults to develop skills for daily life
- Encourage their independence through personalized plans of care
- Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community
- Belong to a supportive team that holds one another accountable
- Communicate with residents, families, and guardians
Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

Pay
Hourly Rate: $19.06-$19.44/hr
Schedule
Full Time - Wednesday 3pm-11:30pm, Thursday and Friday 3pm-9pm, Saturday 11am-11pm
