Sign-on bonus: $500 for this hourly position available weekdays and every other weekend.

Responsibilities
- Provide support, skill training, and therapeutic instruction to persons served.
- Develop, maintain, increase, or maximize an individual's independence in self-care, physical, mental, and emotional health and development.
- Provide quality services that promote socialization, community inclusion, leisure, and communication skills.
- Work closely with persons served, their families, Progress Industries staff, and community individuals to achieve quality outcomes.
