About the role

This position offers a competitive salary range of $18.75-$24.30 per hour, based on verifiable direct care experience. An elite benefit package is also included.

Responsibilities

• Drive individuals to various group activities within the community or at a designated site.
• Interact positively and encourage individuals with disabilities.
• Help promote independence and self-esteem through various activities.
• Introduce individuals to community-based and site-based activities that inspire growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid NYS license and clean driving record.
• Computer skills: email, Google Suite, and database systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive.
• Driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage.
• Ability to pass SCIP/CPR.
