Direct Support Professional Day Services- Site Based Schenectady

Pay Range: $19.45-$25.05/hr plus an Elite Benefit package. We pay for experience!

Monday - Friday, 8AM to 4PM

About the Role

A Day Services DSP builds independence and community inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities through structured life-skills training and community outings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NYS license and clean driving record
• Computer Skills: able to use email, Google Suite, and database systems
• Valid NYS driver’s license and ability to drive with a driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage
• Daily access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass SCIP/CPR
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Professional manner, patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help others
• Interest in taking an active role by introducing individuals to community-based and site-based activities that inspire growth
