What You'll Experience as a DSP

• Support individuals in developing vocational and life skills through structured daily programming
• Aid in job readiness activities and hands-on training in areas such as retail, hospitality, and clerical work
• Provide support in both center-based and community settings, promoting independence and confidence
• Help individuals explore their interests and strengths to support personal and employment goals
• Facilitate group activities that encourage social interaction, communication, and skill development
• Document daily progress and services to ensure accurate tracking and program success
