Position Overview
As a Day Program Direct Support Professional, you will promote abilities-not disabilities by supporting individuals in building skills, relationships, and community connections. You will play a key role in helping individuals identify and build upon their unique strengths, interests, and gifts to support meaningful social inclusion.

Compensation & Benefits
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 22 days annually for full-time employees (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals in building confidence, self-esteem, and independence through planned activities and community involvement
- Provide individualized supports, including personal care and skill development
- Aid individuals in presenting a positive self-image
- Participate in Person-Centered Planning and implementation of goals
- Complete required documentation, including data collection and monthly progress notes
- Maintain compliance with required state and agency trainings (Relias and in-person)
- Report safety, health, or human rights concerns immediately
- Follow state regulations and agency policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment & Physical Demands
