Responsibilities
- Supporting participants with activities of daily living (ADL)
- Encouraging skill building activities
- Monitoring health and safety
- Building advocacy, decision making, and community connections
- Encouraging participant engagement in social networks and communities
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- One year experience working with people with disabilities in a certified residential setting preferred
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
