Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

Position

The Arc Western Montana is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals.

Make a real difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Training provided.

Location

Group Homes around Missoula

Starting Pay

• $17.00–$18.00 per hour
• $1.00 per hour overnight shift differential (11pm-7am)

Work Schedules

• Day: 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Evening: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• Overnight: 11:00pm – 7:00am
• Relief: Pick up shifts based on your availability

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old
• Pass a background check and drug screening (as required by Montana state law)
• Communicate clearly in English, including using basic electronic systems
• Experience in caregiving or support work is welcome, but not required
