Direct Support Professional/Caregiver

About the role

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting, supporting their daily activities, teaching self-reliance, and facilitating participation in social events such as shopping, outings, and celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring, coaching, and encouragement to enhance clients' independence and quality of life
• Support clients in daily activities
• Teach self-reliance skills
• Facilitate participation in social events (shopping, outings, celebrations)
