Pay

• Pay rate: $17.50 - 19.00 per hour
• Paid training provided by Venture!
• Sign On Bonus: $1000 for Full Time and $500 for Part Time employees

Schedule

• 209-09: Thurs 3p-11p, Fri 3p-9p, Sat 9a-11p (Part Time, 209-09)
• 209-15: Mon-Fri 9a-3p (Part Time, 209-15)
• 209-16: Sun, Mon 9a-4p (Part Time, 209-16)
• 209-17: Sun, Mon 4p-11p (Part Time, 209-17)
• 209-19: Thurs - Sat 11p-9a (Part Time, 209-19)

Qualifications

• Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives.
• Variated interests and personal connections in the local community.
• Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer or school history).
• Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Employees must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job.
• Employee must be able to speak, read, and write in fluent English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the program and individuals supported.
