About the role
Wage is $16 per hour. We have one part time open working. Each week Wed 2p-8p, Thurs 2p-8p, Frid 2p-8p and EO weekend 8a-8p
Responsibilities
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
- Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
- Assist people with their personal hygiene
- Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent not required
- Experience: Paid training provided
