About the role

Indiana Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth facing various out-of-home placements, transitions, or involvement in the juvenile justice system. Our personalized programming helps youth gain stability, comfort, and confidence to overcome challenges and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
• Help participants develop skills such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Engage in community activities to support participants
• Build and maintain positive relationships with participants
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to this type of work

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
