About the role

We provide rehabilitation services in various locations and community-based settings, offering programs such as vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Responsibilities

  • Train, assist, and supervise individuals receiving care in areas such as living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance.
  • Support daily activities including meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
  • Facilitate relationships between employers and individuals served, and support community involvement through outings and transportation.
  • Work closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License from state of residence for at least 1 year, with an excellent driving record
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Clearance of background checks
  • Caring attitude with a dedication to assisting others
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
  • A commitment to quality in everything you do

Qualifications

Pay

$18.75/hour, with potential for wage increases upon obtaining DSP and CRMA certifications.

Schedule

Variety of shifts available, including evenings and weekends.
