Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in the human services field
  • Valid Driver's License from state of residence
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Successful clearance of background checks
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to assisting others
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
  • A commitment to quality in everything you do

Requirements

  • Work closely with our clinical staff to support the therapeutic and behavioral plans in place
  • Facilitate the working relationships between employers and individuals served
  • Support community involvement by accompanying them on outings, or providing transportation to work or other activities
  • Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration
  • Provide training, assistance and supervision to individuals receiving care in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential and community settings

Pay

Full, Part-time, and As Needed schedules available

Schedule

Shift open: Monday to Thursday 8am-6pm- FT 40 hours
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am-3pm- PT 16 hours
Per Diem with a primary availability of 7am-3pm including some weekends
