Direct Support Professional

Join Quality Care LLC as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and become an essential part of our mission to empower individuals in need of support. As a DSP, you will provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Aiding in daily living skills such as meal preparation and grocery shopping
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry assistance
• Providing transportation for appointments and errands
• Serving as a support for clients with their individual needs and goals

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or in a caregiving role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting independence
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required)
